SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Order processing and preparation for shipment
After placing the order and payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation by e-mail. This email may end up in your spam folder, so keep an eye on that as well.
Order processing time is 3 to 5 days. Processing includes 3D printing the product, post-processing and packaging for shipping. However, if the product is larger or you have ordered more than one product, the processing time can be from 3-7 days.
Delivery times
Within the borders of Latvia, the delivery time is from 1-3 days, while outside the borders of Latvia, the delivery time is different in each country. In Europe, the average delivery time is from 3-10 days, in the USA 10-14 days and everywhere else from 14-20 days. During busy periods, delivery times may temporarily increase to 2 weeks, you will always be notified of this. Ltd. Kalashnikov 3D cannot guarantee the accuracy of the delivery time, as it is beyond our control.
Delivery services
We cooperate with SJSC “Latvijas Pasts”, which will then deliver the parcels to your country's couriers. As an example, in the US it will be USPS, in Europe it will be DHL accordingly. Parcels are always sent with a tracking code, which can be tracked either on the Latvian Post page or on the delivery tracking page of your country.
Local pickup in Riga is also available.
Receiving the parcel
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep. Therefore, it is important to provide a phone number when ordering so that the courier can contact you. In cases where for some reason it is more convenient for you to receive the package at the post office, please contact us so that we can process the delivery in the appropriate way.
Packaging material
All items are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage. Products consisting of delicate parts are always packed in bubble wrap and shipped in cardboard boxes. Smaller and more durable products are sent in a padded envelope.
For all our packs we use what we have on hand for stuffing, most of which are materials we have received from suppliers and packs sent to us. We always choose the most environmentally friendly packaging, such as recycled bubble wrap. We do this to reduce environmental pollution.
Shipping costs
The delivery fee is calculated when placing the order. Delivery costs start from 2.13 EUR within the borders of Latvia and from 3.80 EUR everywhere else.
Delivery restrictions
We do not deliver orders to the following countries: BRITISH INDIAN OCEAN TERRITORY, Republic of South Sudan and Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, France.
Shipping address data
The customer is responsible for entering and/or verifying the correct delivery address. If you later discover that there is an error in the address or you wish to change it, please contact us immediately. If the product has already been shipped and you have not informed about the inaccuracy of the address, the cost of the product will not be returned. If for any reason the package cannot be delivered and is sent back to us, we can resend it with a resending fee.
Returns
Everyone has the right to return an order up to 14 days after receiving the order. Once we have received the package back in the same condition as when we sent it, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you intend to return the product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging and all included accessories.
